Evaluation- Question 1

These are the questions I have created when making an interview between the main feature artist and an interviewer. I have made the questions and answers as realistic as possible and I think I have achieved this, however I could have done another question to fill up space. I tried to make the questions as interesting as they could be by trying to delve into different subject topics such as the artists upcoming albums, personal life and how to deal with being famous.

This research of looking at the typical conventions of a pop magazine helped me produce my own front cover.

This LIIAR (Language, Institution, Ideology, Audience and Representation) has allowed me to understand more of the different conventions pop magazines have. This is a LIIAR analysis of a front cover of a popular pop magazine 'We Love Pop.'

This is a LIIAR analysis of a pop contents page and I used this as inspiration for my own as I liked the conventions this magazine has.For example, the front cover is on the contents page and numbers are listed near it with the page numbers. I also took inspiration from the headers and the colourful boxes each section was in.

This is the final LIIAR analysis of a pop double page spread and I really liked the colour scheme which is a typical convention of a pop magazine as the colours are usually girly, however I liked the use of black which helped to balance out the bright pink and make it look more professional and not all just one colour.
